Transportation Access
By Car
The station does not provide disabled parking spaces. Parking at The Mall Athens is recommended, followed by transfer to the station.
- The shopping centre provides 37 accessible parking spaces on Level −3 (blue and orange sector).
- The spaces are protected by cones and/or chains. Upon arrival, ask security staff to release the space that best suits you.
- Indoor accessible spaces measure 4.3 x 3 m. Accessible vans may park in the service parking area (next to the visitor parking entrance on Andrea Papandreou Street). From there, you enter the main area via a level route with assistance.
- For free parking, on your first visit go to the Information Desk on Level 2 to register your accessible vehicle (Blue Badge and vehicle registration). On subsequent visits, at this and all affiliated shopping centres, the barrier will open automatically.
- From the parking level, you can proceed to Level 2 of the shopping centre via lift and then exit the centre, head towards the pedestrian bridge connecting the station with the shopping centre, use the lift at the end of the bridge and then move parallel to Nerantziotissis Str. until you reach the station.
- On the pedestrian bridge connecting the shopping centre with the station, there are also wooden staircases leading to the station with handrails on both sides, without anti-slip strips on each step.
By Bus
- The bus stop “ST. NERANTZIOTISSA” towards OAKA has no extension, but the vehicle can access the pavement and deploy the ramp it provides. The level entrance to the station is on the left.
- The bus stop “ST. NERANTZIOTISSA” towards Ano Melissia has no extension, but the vehicle can access the pavement and deploy the ramp it provides. The station entrance is on the opposite side of Nerantziotissa Str., to the left of the bus stop. The two stops are connected by ramps of moderate gradient.
CONNECTION WITH SUBURBAN RAILWAY
Below ISAP Nerantziotissa Station is the Suburban Railway station (with the same name).
From the Suburban Railway platform, you may use the lifts along the platform to travel to:
- the underground pedestrian bridge (Level 1) that connects the two ISAP platforms,
- the ISAP station & street level (Level 2).
Access (Line 1 towards Kifisia)
Access by Foot
- The nearest ramp to access the station is located at 111 Neratziotissis Str which provides a level access to the platform. There is a staircase connecting the pavement of Neratziotissis Str. with the ISAP station platform with handrails on both sides, without anti-slip strips on each step.
- There is also access from Andrea Papandreou Str., directly from the roadway via a ramp of good gradient, through the external red lift which leads to the platform towards Piraeus via an elevated pedestrian bridge. From there the Suburban Railway lift must be used in order to reach the platform towards Kifisia. The above lifts are accessible and are accompanied by stairs with handrails on both sides and anti-slip strips on the steps.

Με Λεωφορείο
Η στάση λεωφορείου «ΚΟΝΤΟΠΗΓΑΔΟ – ΣΤ. ΑΛΙΜΟΣ» βρίσκεται στα αριστερά του σταθμού με ισόπεδη σύνδεση. Υπάρχει χώρος ώστε να προσεγγίσει το λεωφορείο το πεζοδρόμιο και να ανοίξει σωστά τη ράμπα που διαθέτει.

LIt is located next to Neratziotissis Str. and connects the street level with the elevated pedestrian bridge and the shopping centre The Mall Athens. It has a ramp of good gradient directly from the roadway. [location of external lift towards Kifisia].

Access (Line 1 towards Piraeus)
Access by Foot
- Access is via Andrea Papandreou Str., directly from the roadway using a gently sloped ramp, through the external red lift that leads to the platform via an elevated footbridge. The lift is accompanied by a staircase with handrails on both sides and anti-slip strips on the steps.
- Additionally, from Neratziotissa Str. 111 there is a ramp connecting the roadway with the platform towards Kifisia. From there, the suburban railway lift must be used to reach the platform towards Piraeus.

INTERIOR
- Like all metro stations in Athens, it is universally accessible for wheelchair users.
- Boarding and alighting are recommended from the first carriage, as it does not have a guardrail blocking entrance and, if necessary, direct communication with the driver is possible.
- The station has a relatively small gap between the train and the platform in both directions.
- If you wish, you may request assistance from station staff by calling via the intercom posts located next to the ticket validation machines.
